Remote Capture for Deposits

Our bank has a number of customers who are using remote capture to scan and transmit document images for deposit. We have purchased the equipment and leased it to our customers. Now we have an issue with servicing the equipment. Does anyone use a third-party to service remote capture equipment? If so, has it been cost-effective?
